How do I place an order?
Navigate the product in our menu, fill in the order/quote form or contact us directly with your order and we will get back to you with a customised quote as well an invoice, should you wish to confirm your order.

Cancellations or Complaints
Any cancellations or changes to your order should be forwarded to bakedbyimaan@gmail.com or 063 817 7149 at least 3 days before the order date.
We understand that life happens. However, it is not feasible for us to allow late cancellations or changes. Should you cancel your order less than 3 days before your order date, 50% of your total will still be charged.
Any complaints or compliments are welcome and can also be forwarded to bakedbyimaan@gmail.com. We will try to respond as swiftly as possible! Please report any major complaints as soon as possible for us to assist accordingly.

Are you halaal?
Yes we are fully halaal, we do not use any alcohol or animal-based gelatine in our products.

Are you nut-safe/gluten or vegan friendly?
We bake with a variety of nuts. However, should you want a specific product nut-free it can be stated in our "Notes" section when ordering or purchasing a cake.
Some products can be made vegan or gluten free, please enquire!

How long do the cakes stay fresh?
None of our products have any preservatives or stabilizers and thus we recommend eating them as soon as possible (within 1-3 days) to ensure the best flavours and quality! Our cakes will keep fresh for about a week, if kept in an airtight container in the fridge. They can also be frozen in an airtight container or clingwrapped for up to 3 months!

How does payment work?
Payment can be settled as is convenient for you, provided FULL payment is settled 5 days before order is due. Final payment date will be provided on your invoice. No orders can leave our kitchen until POP is received. We are a cashless bakery.
